For those of you who would like to visit our studio even during the holidays, we have prepared a special Summer Course in drawing, painting, and figurative drawing.

The Summer Semester Course in drawing and painting (8 sessions, 180 minutes each) is designed for the general public; there is no upper age limit for students, and the lower limit is determined through personal consultation between the instructor, you, and your child. The course is suitable for beginners, slightly advanced, and advanced students. The course content can be individually adjusted in consultation with the instructor.

Where? Art studio in Prague 2 - Balbínova 28
When? 8 sessions of 3 hours each - Tuesdays (beginners and slightly advanced) or Wednesdays (advanced)
Cost: Adults membership fee A (6800 CZK), youth aged 15-18 and seniors membership fee B (6000 CZK)
Registration: Reserve your spot in time via email at info@malovanikresleni.cz, by phone at 777 422 022, or using the registration form below.

The program of the summer semester is divided into several thematic blocks:

  • Still life drawing (introduction to drawing techniques, pencil, ink, charcoal)
  • Study of architectural space (drawing interior and exterior, perspective, proportions)
  • Figurative drawing (portrait, figure - drawing from live model)
  • Painting (color theory, composition, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, oil techniques)
  • Plein air drawing and painting
  • Combined techniques (individual creative work)

Planning a vacation? No problem! You can make up a total of 2 missed sessions either in a special class at the end of the summer, in early September, or in another group on a different day of the week. Everything will depend on individual arrangement between you and your instructor, ensuring your study with us is as enjoyable as possible.

Art supplies for the first class are provided free of charge - papers and sheets are available for free in the studio for every session, and participants receive drawing materials during the first class. For subsequent classes, participants should acquire their own drawing materials (charcoal, pastels, etc.) and painting supplies (tempera, acrylic or oil paints, brushes, media, palette) in consultation with the instructor during the course. A recommended list of supplies can be found here.
